When will my order arrive?
This depends on the shipping company and delivery agent selected. We work with a group of delivery agents based in major cities — it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed and delivered.

Do you ship outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to certain cities listed on the delivery page.

You can request international delivery by contacting our team via WhatsApp, providing details about the product’s weight so we can check rates with international freight forwarders not yet registered with our store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed conditions on returns and exchanges. If a product defect is confirmed, the company’s shipping fee is calculated and reimbursed to the customer. The value of the product itself is not charged to the customer, according to the return policy.

I want to place a large order — is there a discount?
Yes! We provide delivery services for bulk orders and offer discounts of 10–20% on selected products. Please contact us directly via the Contact page to inquire about quantities and discounts.
